陳仔，是一粒微塵，
他，有一夥善良的心。
多年來，好朋友微風Buddy，
帶陳仔見識過萬千世界的風景。
然而，五光十色的霓虹燈吸引了他，
更被堅持手藝的霓虹燈老師傅所感動，
決心留守於這個城市。
眼見老師傅近日心事重重，
陳仔雖知自己微不足道，
仍希望為老師傅做一點事。
陳仔計劃集合微塵世界的各方好友，
以最微小的力量，
去作一番大事，
為師傅加油、打氣。

Ashy, a mere speck, possesses a heart of gold. Over the years, his good pal, Gentle Breeze Buddy, has shown him the wonders of the world. Yet, he finds himself captivated by the vibrant neon lights and deeply moved by the skilled artistry of the neon light master. Determined to stay in this city, Ashy witnesses the master's recent burdens and, despite feeling insignificant, he wishes to lend a helping hand. Planning to rally friends from the world of specks, Ashy aims to make a significant impact with their combined efforts, offering support and encouragement to the master.
